Marcos Severi - Argentina
Marcos Severi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on 1976. Since very young, a sensitivity arises that will drive his passion for the pencil. When he was 10 years old, he attended to several drawing academies and painting ateliers. In 1987 he found Garaycochea's School where he learnt many aspects oriented to humoristic drawing. He had very well known sketchers as teachers: Garaycochea, de los Ríos, Ferro and Dufour. After finishing High school, he started Fine Arts school, where he graduated as a Fine Arts Profesor in the year 2000. He has published his works in newspapers, magazines and journals around the world: He has also ilustrated the cover sheets of several kids magazines. He has collaborated in scripts and kids drawings for France (Belin Editions). He is actually publishing a daily cartoon in newspapers of Argentina, Panama, Spain, Portugal and Poland.

Urodził się w 1976 roku w Buenos Aires. Zamiłowanie do rysowania przejawiał od najmłodszych lat; jako 10-latek uczęszczał na kursy rysunku i malarstwa. W 1987 rok ropoczął edukację w szkole Garaycochea, gdzie zainteresował się rysunkiem satyrycznym. Jego nauczycielami byli m.in. Garaycochea, de los Ríos, Ferro i Dufour. Później studiował też wyższej szkole sztuk plastycznych, którą ukończył w 2000 roku, uzyskując tytuł profesora.
Jego rysunki były drukowane w wielu gazetach i czasopismach na świecie, pojawiały się na okładkach kilku czasopism dla dzieci. Obecnie publikuje w gazetach w Argentynie, Panamie, Hiszpanii, Portugalii i w Polsce (czasopisma "Superpressu").
